TapFate Terms of Service
Effective Date: 2026-05-10
By installing or using TapFate ("the App"), you agree to these terms.
1. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal entertainment, on devices you own or control.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove copyright or proprietary notices
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
- Sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the App
3. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional one-time purchases and subscriptions. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, governed by their respective terms.
- Refunds: Handled by Apple / Google per their policies. We do not process refunds directly.
- Subscription auto-renewal: Yearly subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in your platform account settings ≥ 24 hours before period end.
- Restore purchases: Available in Settings → Restore Purchases.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months for IAP, or USD 10, whichever is higher.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your license ends; no refund is provided for unused time on subscriptions.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Effective Date" reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
