2. Data We Collect
2.1 No Account, No Personal Identifiers
TapFate has no user accounts. We do not collect your name, email, phone, or address.
2.2 Automatically Collected (Anonymous)
When you use the App, third-party SDKs may collect the following:

2.3 Stored Locally Only (Never Uploaded)

- Sound / haptic on-off preference
- Completed rounds count
- Owned IAP product flags
These are stored on your device and never transmitted to our servers. We have no servers.
2.4 台灣個人資料保護法告知事項（依個資法第 8 條）
For users in Taiwan / 適用於台灣用戶：依《個人資料保護法》第 8 條，向台灣用戶告知以下事項：

3. Tracking & Advertising
We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and use them for personalized advertising.
- iOS: We will ask for your permission via the App Tracking Transparency framework before any tracking starts. You can decline without losing any features.
- EU / EEA / UK / Switzerland: We will show a Google-certified consent dialog (UMP SDK) before loading any ads. You can withdraw consent anytime via Settings → Privacy.
- California: You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. Contact us at [email protected].

5. Children's Privacy
TapFate is suitable for all ages (rated 4+ on iOS, Everyone on Google Play). We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the App and concerns arise, contact us at [email protected].
6. Your Rights
- Access / deletion: Since we have no accounts, all data is on your device. Uninstalling the App deletes all stored data.
- Opt out of ads: Purchase the Pro Lifetime IAP to remove all ads.
- Disable analytics: Settings → Privacy → "Send Anonymous Usage" → OFF.
- Disable Firebase Crashlytics: Settings → Privacy → "Send Crash Reports" → OFF.
- Reset advertising ID: iOS Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Reset Advertising Identifier; Android Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID.
7. Data Retention
- Local device data: until you uninstall.
- AdMob / Firebase server-side data: per their respective retention policies (see links in §4).
8. Security
We use HTTPS for all third-party SDK traffic. We have no servers, so there is no central database to breach.
9. International Transfers
Data collected by Google services may be processed in the United States. By using the App you acknowledge this transfer.
10. Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent version.
